How long does Capana store data

Capana stores and processes your data for as long as is necessary to be able to deliver for the above purposes. We store these for a maximum of 60 months. After this, all your data will be deleted.


Capana continuously trains its employees to ensure correct processing of your data. In addition, Capana ensures that the necessary security measures for the use of your data are implemented, so that no unauthorized processing of your data takes place.

If Capana discloses data, cf. Disclosure, Capana ensures that these data processors have implemented sufficient security measures to process your data confidentially.


You always have the right to revoke the declaration of consent regarding Capana's right to process your data – this is done by contacting Capana.

Your withdrawal of consent means that Capana will refrain from processing your personal data.

Data portability

You can request that Capana transfer your data directly to another data processor if this is technically possible.

If this is not technically possible, you can have your data delivered in a structured and machine-readable format.

Transfer to countries outside the EU

QlikTech has its HQ outside the EU, and therefore your data may in certain cases be transferred or stored in countries outside the EU. When you provide your information to Capana, through the use of the website and services, you also consent to your data being transferred and processed in countries outside the EU.

Capana takes the necessary security measures to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with Capana's personal data policy.

Changes to the Personal Data Policy

Capana reserves the right to change the personal data policy.
